As a Customer Support Assistant, you will provide phone-based customer support, answer queries about financial products and services, ensure professional and rigorous service oriented to customer satisfaction, comply with internal and regulatory procedures, and manage contacts efficiently and empathetically.

Key responsibilities
- Provide phone-based customer support and follow-up
- Answer queries about banking products and financial services
- Deliver professional, rigorous and customer-oriented service
- Comply with internal and regulatory procedures
- Handle contacts efficiently and empathetically
Candidate profile
- High school diploma, university attendance or degree
- Previous contact center experience (inbound/outbound), preferably in banking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Computer skills (user level)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- ⚠️ MANDATORY: PDEADS or DMIF/MiFID II certification
