About the role
ELITYORA is recruiting Outbound Contact Center Assistants to join a high-profile consumer advocacy and subscription services project in Covilhã. In this role, you will contact current and potential clients by phone, identify their needs, present the benefits of the project's services and solutions, and promote the enrolment of new members/subscribers.

Key responsibilities
- Contact current and potential clients by phone
- Identify each client's needs
- Present the benefits of the project's services and solutions
- Promote the enrolment of new members/subscribers
- Meet quality and performance targets
Candidate profile
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, active listening, persuasion and commercial skills
- Comfortable using IT tools
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU Citizenship (mandatory)
- Previous experience in contact center, sales or customer acquisition is valued but not mandatory
Contract conditions
- Workplace
- On-site — Covilhã (Mercado Municipal)
- Contract
- 12 months renewable (possibility of permanent integration after 2 years)
- Schedule
- Full-Time, 40h/week — 8h/day, Monday to Friday
Training
- Complete paid initial training
