Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients by phone (outbound only)
- Identify client protection needs (health, well-being, etc.)
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Ensure personalized and high-quality follow-up
- Contribute to achieving commercial objectives
Candidate profile
- Native or C2 level Portuguese speaker
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for sales and client contact
- Active listening and ability to identify needs
- Goal and results oriented
- Experience in sales or contact center (a plus)
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)
