About the role
As a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Beauty Advisor, you will provide expert product and beauty advice to customers via live chat, phone, email, webforms and social media. You will handle information requests and complaints, delivering excellent solutions with precision and professionalism. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for cosmetics and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts via live chat, phone, email, webforms and social media
- Manage consumer requests relating to product information and complaints
- Provide excellent solutions and service in a timely manner
- Deliver professional product and beauty advice with precision
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent service quality
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1 minimum)
- English level C1 minimum
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Cosmetics industry
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Portugal
Contract conditions

- Porto, Portugal

- 12-month renewable contract
- Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm (rotating shifts, 8h/day, 2 days off/week)
- Training
- 2 weeks initial training provided
