About the project
ELITYORA is recruiting Japanese-speaking Content Moderators to join a global team supporting one of the world's leading social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to creating a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with community standards.
Key responsibilities
- 🛡️ Review videos, images, comments, text and audio content
- 📋 Ensure content complies with Community Guidelines and platform policies
- 🚫 Identify and remove content that violates platform standards
- ⚖️ Apply moderation decisions fairly and consistently
- 📊 Document moderation actions and report emerging trends
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal policy, compliance and quality teams
- ⭐ Help create a safe and positive experience for millions of users worldwide
Candidate profile
- ✔ Native or fluent Japanese (C2)
- ✔ Good command of English (minimum B2)
- ✔ Strong attention to detail
- ✔ Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- ✔ Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines
- ✔ Good computer literacy
- ✔ Previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Customer Support or Social Media is an advantage
Contract conditions

- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- 40h/week — Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (24/7), 8h shifts + 1h lunch
