About the role
We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert – Content Moderator to join an international social media project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be part of a dynamic, multilingual team responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant online environment. Your main responsibility will be reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines. ⚠️ Note: This role may involve exposure to sensitive content (violence, explicit material, misinformation, etc.).

Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate videos, images, text, and audio content
- Identify and remove content that violates platform policies
- Moderate user interactions such as comments, posts, and appeals
- Label and classify content for better organization
- Ensure compliance with legal and community standards
- Report trends and recurring issues
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Hebrew (C1/native)
- Good level of English (B2+)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in a structured environment
- Adaptable to frequent policy updates
- Previous experience in content moderation or social media is a plus
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)
Contract conditions
- Location
- Modern office in Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)

- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7), including nights and weekends
- Training
- ~3 weeks (8h/day), conducted in English — compensated upon successful completion
