About the role
As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. ⚠️ This role may involve exposure to sensitive content (violence, graphic content, adult content, misinformation, hate speech, and other potentially disturbing material). Candidates should feel comfortable working in this environment.

ELITYORA is recruiting Ukrainian-speaking professionals for an exciting Content Moderator opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal. Key responsibilities
- Review videos, images, text, comments and other online content
- Identify content that violates platform guidelines
- Moderate user interactions and appeals
- Classify and label content appropriately
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Report trends and recurring policy violations
- Collaborate with compliance and policy teams
Candidate profile
- Native or fluent Ukrainian (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Adaptability to changing policies and procedures
- Professionalism when handling sensitive content
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety or social media is a plus (not mandatory)
Contract conditions
- Location
- Lisbon, Portugal — modern office, excellent public transport
- Contract
- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- Rotational 8h shifts + lunch break, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation)
- Training
- ~3 weeks of paid training, fully conducted in English
