ELITYORA is recruiting Romanian-speaking Content Reviewers to join an international team supporting one of the world's leading technology companies. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safer and more reliable online experience for millions of users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- 🔍 Review online content, webpages, advertisements, images, videos and user-generated material
- 🛡️ Ensure all content complies with internal quality standards and platform policies
- ⚠️ Identify potential policy violations and escalate cases when required
- 📊 Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and productivity
- 📰 Monitor news, current affairs, cultural and social developments in your market
- 📈 Report trends and provide valuable insights to improve moderation processes
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to support policy enforcement and operational excellence
Candidate profile
- ✔ Native or fluent Romanian (minimum C1)
- ✔ Good command of English (minimum B2)
- ✔ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- ✔ Excellent attention to detail
- ✔ Ability to make objective decisions based on detailed guidelines
- ✔ Interest in digital platforms, online safety and current affairs
- ✔ Previous experience in Content Review, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance or Customer Support is an advantage
Contract conditions
- Location
- Lisbon, Portugal
- Contract
- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- 40h/week — Monday to Friday, rotational 07:00–18:00 (incl. PT public holidays)
