Content Reviewer for Social Media - Croatian Speaker

About the role

Are you fluent in Croatian, have a good level of English, and spend hours on social media? We are currently recruiting Croatian-speaking Content Reviewers to join an exciting Google Ads project in Lisbon. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with digital content and contributing to a safer online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review text-based content generated by a chatbot and flagged by users
• Apply client policies and internal guidelines to assess whether content is acceptable
• Identify and escalate content that may be offensive, dangerous, or in violation of platform policies
• Use internal tools to document and report policy violations
• Work with content ranging from mild to highly sensitive topics
• Maintain focus and accuracy in a repetitive, fast-paced environment

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Croatian
• Good level of English
• Previous Content Moderation or Content Review experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions

Contract conditions

12 months renewable automatically

Location

On-site position in sunny Lisbon

Training

Paid training: 3 weeks

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• 8 hours per day
• Rotating shifts
• Weekends off
