Customer Delight for Social Media - English Speaker (Night Shift)

About the role

As an English-speaking Customer Delight Specialist on the Night Shift, you will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple digital channels — chat, email and phone — during night hours. You'll provide pre and post-sales support for self-service advertising products on one of the world's largest social media platforms, helping clients optimize their digital presence around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email and phone during night shift hours
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' experience
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers to engineering

Candidate profile

• Fluent in English (C1)
• Availability to work night shifts (21:00 – 07:00)
• Great communication skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• Valid work permit in Portugal

Schedule

Monday to Sunday, 21:00 – 07:00 (8h/night, 2 days off/week, rotating shift) 🌙
