About the role
As a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Specialist for a leading social media platform, you will support SMB clients, helping them grow their digital advertising presence through personalized, high-quality customer support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Russian-speaking SMB clients
- Assist clients with their digital advertising campaigns and strategies
- Help businesses optimize their social media presence and ad performance
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to client retention
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Candidate profile
- Native/C2 level Russian
- Fluent English (B2 minimum)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in digital marketing and social media advertising
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
- Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing (preferred)
