About the project
Join a global leader in pet care. ELITYORA is recruiting passionate Polish-speaking Customer Operations Experts to join an international team supporting one of the world's leading companies in the pet nutrition industry.
Key responsibilities
- 🐶 Assist pet owners through phone, email and chat
- 🐱 Answer questions regarding premium pet nutrition products and services
- 🐾 Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- 📋 Record every interaction accurately in the CRM system
- 🤝 Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- 📈 Contribute to improving the customer journey through valuable feedback
- ⭐ Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting service KPIs
Candidate profile
- ✔ Native or fluent Polish (C2)
- ✔ Good level of English (B2/C1)
- ✔ Strong communication skills
- ✔ Customer-oriented mindset
- ✔ Ability to multitask and work independently
- ✔ Good computer skills
- ✔ Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- ❤️ A genuine interest in pets, pet wellbeing or animal care is highly appreciated
Contract conditions

- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- 40h/week — Monday to Friday, rotational 08:00–17:00
