About the role
As a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Operations Customer Expert for a premium coffee machine brand, you will serve customers through voice and digital platforms, providing personalized and professional support. You will be the brand ambassador, helping customers with product information, troubleshooting, and creating sales and retention opportunities through genuine customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Serving customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, identifying, understanding and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations
- Achieving high customer satisfaction through personalized, professional communication by applying brand tone to every touch point and situation
- Using all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue
- Being the ambassador and have specialized knowledge of products, sustainability services and commitments, continuously learns and takes advantage of new knowledge and skills
- Creating sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influencing the mix of coffee, high value customers, size or order value through genuine interest in customers and their habits
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & English
- Experience in Customer Service
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Great communication skills
Contract conditions

- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- Monday to Sunday — 8h/day between 7am to 7pm with 2 days off per week / Rotating shift
- Training
- 20 working days initial training
