Customer Service for Fashion Brand - Dutch/Flemish Speaker

About the role

As a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading global fashion brand, you will deliver outstanding customer support via phone and written channels, assisting customers with their orders, shipping inquiries, and product advice. Key responsibilities

• Ensure an adequate response time while delivering the highest possible service quality
• Assist customers by phone or through written support with any questions and concerns regarding the service
• Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve team targets
• Identify and process orders that may be fraudulent
• Provide information regarding shipping and delivery
• Advise customers at a high level, providing updated help guides and meeting their individual needs

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1)
• Good level of English (C1)
• Great communication skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• Valid work permit in Portugal

Schedule

Monday to Sunday, 7am–6pm — 8h/day with 2 days off per week (rotating shifts & days off)

• Initial training during 2 weeks covering product knowledge, tools, and customer communication
