Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email in Finnish
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions
• Handle multiple interactions simultaneously using various systems
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Candidate profile

• Native or fluent Finnish, both written and spoken
• Very good command of English, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Solution-driven, flexible, and attentive to customer needs
• Comfortable working in a dynamic customer service setting

Contract conditions

Full-time permanent contract (2-month probation)
