Customer Service Representative - German Speaker (Online Banking)

About the role

Have you always wanted to work in sunny Spain on the Costa Blanca? We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic customer support team in Alicante, within the online banking sector. Technical expertise is not required — strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are key.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers by phone with questions related to their online banking services
• Provide pure customer support — no sales involved
• Handle conversations naturally, without strict scripts
• Deliver a customer-first experience with strong communication skills
• Use digital tools and platforms for customer account management

Candidate profile

• German C1–C2 level
• English B2 level
• Available at least 5 days per week
• 2 evening shifts per week until 23:00
• 2 weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)
• Fully available during the 4-week training period
• Service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with administrative tasks
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Must hold a valid European passport

Contract conditions

Location

Alicante, Spain (office-based)

Contract

Permanent contract with 2-month probation period

Hours

Choice of 39, 36, 34, or 32 hours per week

Operating Hours

Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00

Training

• 2 weeks of full-time, on-site training in Alicante office
• Followed by 2 weeks of on-the-job training
• Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
• Fully paid training — no previous experience required
