About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist in the mobility and infrastructure sector, you will join a dynamic international team supporting road users and transport companies across Poland. This role combines customer service, operational support, and revenue-related responsibilities in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for drivers and transport companies
- Provide information regarding road usage and toll systems
- Support revenue collection processes
- Manage debt communication when applicable
- Ensure clear and professional customer communication
- Contribute to operational and service performance targets
Candidate profile
- Native or fluent Polish (C2) + English (B2 minimum)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle structured processes and operational tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
- Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or administrative roles (preferred)
