About the role
You speak Czech and you are a Technology addict? We are recruiting Czech-speaking talents as Customer Support Specialists in sunny Lisbon, Portugal! You will handle inbound calls from customers replying to a callback request, and perform outbound calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers.

Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers replying to callback requests
- Perform outbound calls to clarify further information with customers
- Manage customer support cases end-to-end
- Maintain the highest customer service standards at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Czech (native or C1+)
- Good level of English
- Customer Service experience
- Great communication skills
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)
Contract conditions
- Location
- Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
- Contract
- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, 7am–Midnight, 8h/day, rotating shifts, 2 days off/week
- Training
- Initial training of 3-4 weeks
