About the role
You speak Hungarian and you are a Technology addict? We are recruiting Hungarian-speaking talents as Customer Support Specialists in sunny Lisbon, Portugal! As a Support Specialist, you will provide assistance to customers' online orders throughout their whole journey — delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, inbound/outbound calls and order information review. You will be handling sensitive customer and client information, following strict PCI and GDPR policies, and interacting with customers, carriers, financial institutions and internal departments to deliver the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding online orders and order information
- Manage deliveries, shipping investigations, returns and refunds
- Process payment transactions following PCI and GDPR policies
- Interact with carriers, couriers, financial institutions and internal teams
- Quickly recognize, analyze and escalate complex problems with the Knowledge Base
- Maintain the highest customer service standards at all times
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Hungarian (native or C1+)
- Good level of English
- Customer Service experience
- Great communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)
Contract conditions

- Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)

- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, 7am–Midnight, 8h/day, rotating shifts, 2 days off/week
- Training
- Initial training of 3-4 weeks
