About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist consumers and business users by providing professional and efficient support across multiple channels. You will handle questions related to AI-powered products and services, billing and invoicing enquiries, account access troubleshooting, and guidance on digital tools, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
About the project
ELITYORA is supporting a leading international partner in the recruitment of Customer Support Specialists for an exciting project in the Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI sector. You will provide customer support for a global company specialized in AI research, development and deployment, working with innovative AI-powered products and services used worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers with questions related to AI-powered products and services
- Assist with billing and invoicing enquiries
- Troubleshoot account access issues and guide users through digital tools
- Provide clear, accurate and timely responses across support channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Candidate profile
- ✔ Excellent English communication skills
- ✔ Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and new technologies
- ✔ Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ✔ Customer-oriented mindset
- ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced technological environment
- ✔ Flexibility to work rotating shifts
Contract conditions

- 15-working-day comprehensive training programme
