About the role
ELITYORA is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the Bol.com project from home in Portugal on a Part-Time basis (30h or 35h per week). Bol.com is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium, and the market leader in online sales of books, entertainment products, electronic devices and toys. With access to over 6 million products, Bol.com has consistently been recognized as one of the most popular stores for Dutch-speaking customers. In this role, you will provide friendly and professional customer support over the phone and via e-mail, helping customers with orders, deliveries, payments and returns.

Bol.com is the leading online department store in the Netherlands and Belgium, offering over 6 million products including books, music, electronics, toys, and digital content. Market research consistently ranks it among the most popular stores for Dutch-speaking customers, reflecting its continuous growth and numerous public awards.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Point of contact for external sellers
- Provide information about digital products
- Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments
- Ensure a competent and friendly customer service experience at all times
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Dutch (native or C1+)
- Great listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Dynamism and team spirit
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum)
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)
