About the role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for Bol.com, you will provide friendly and professional customer support over the phone and via e-mail, helping customers with orders, deliveries, payments and returns. This home-office position based in Portugal offers the chance to work for one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Key responsibilities
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Point of contact for external sellers on the Bol.com marketplace
- Provide information about digital products and services
- Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments when needed
- Ensure a competent and friendly customer service experience at all times
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Dutch (native or C1+)
- Great listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Dynamism and team spirit
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum)
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)

- Monday to Sunday, 7am–10pm (8h/day, 2 days off/week)
