About the role
Join the team of a prestigious 5-star hotel & spa in southern Corsica. Awarded a Michelin Key, this establishment embodies hospitality excellence with 55 sea-view rooms and suites, two exceptional restaurants including a Michelin-starred venue, three pools, and a renowned spa. As Night Auditor, you ensure service continuity and security during the night, delivering elegant and personalized welcomes to late arrivals.
Key responsibilities
- Complete remaining check-ins and welcome late arrivals with elegance
- Welcome guests according to established procedures and provide necessary information throughout their stay
- Ensure smooth information flow within the reception team and between hotel departments
- Guarantee the security of the establishment during the night shift
- Perform PMS closing and end-of-day controls
- Verify billing from the various points of sale
- Handle early departure requests and early breakfast arrangements
- Relay the Reservations department outside business hours
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in hospitality, ideally in a luxury establishment
- Mastery of luxury codes and personalized guest service
- Excellent sense of service and customer relations
- Professionalism, responsiveness, and rigour during night hours
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and billing procedures
- Autonomous, reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work alone at night
- Fluent French (working language)
- English essential — a third language is an asset
