About the role
Are you passionate about online advertising, social media, and new technologies? Would you like to join one of the leading global tech companies? We are recruiting Dutch/Flemish & English-speaking Online Marketing Sales Experts to support an innovative and fast-paced digital platform based in Lisbon (EXPO). In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of content creators, helping them maximize the value of their channels while driving platform adoption and long-term engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with an assigned portfolio of content creators to maintain and increase engagement on the platform
- Act as a trusted consultant, advising partners on how to optimize and grow their channels
- Increase adoption and usage of platform tools and features
- Identify and understand partners' business needs and objectives
- Connect customer needs with relevant platform solutions and features
- Manage a high volume of potential clients via video calls, phone, and email
- Handle portfolio management and prioritization, identifying opportunities over long-term relationships
- Work in a target-driven environment, contributing to individual and team performance goals
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (minimum C1 level)
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Online Advertising / Social Media (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to pitch confidently over the phone and create compelling proposals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Client-focused mindset with strong ownership of business goals
- Passion for social media and digital platforms
- Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- High School diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU citizenship (mandatory)
Contract conditions
- Contract
- 12 months renewable automatically
- Location
- Lisbon – EXPO area with modern facilities
- Training
- Paid training: 4 weeks
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
