- Present electricity and gas solutions
- Identify client needs and propose the most suitable offers
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service
- Meet quality and performance targets
Candidate profile
- Fluent Portuguese speaker
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Enjoys customer contact
- Comfortable using IT tools
- Team spirit and dynamism
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)
