About the role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be a vital support for users of an innovative, wearable insulin management system. Your mission is to provide expert guidance and reassurance regarding the usage of these life-enhancing devices.

Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and address product inquiries with professionalism
- Provide empathetic, timely support to resolve customer service issues effectively
- Request and collect updated documentation required by payers
- Complete order entries and coordinate product shipments
- Communicate with customers via phone and email in both Spanish and English
Candidate profile
- Native or C2 level Spanish speaker
- B2+ level English (mandatory — training is delivered in English)
- Strong empathy and customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Valid work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory)
Contract conditions
- Location
- Lisbon, Portugal (Parque das Nações area)
- Contract
- 12 months renewable automatically
- Schedule
- 40h/week — rotational shifts, 24/7 coverage
- Holidays
- 22 days per year (Portuguese law)
- Trial Period
- 1 month following contract signature
Training
- Approximately 20 working days of full training
- 8 hours per day, conducted in English
- Comprehensive product training, software systems, and customer management
- Training period is proportionally compensated for those who successfully complete it
