About the role

You speak Portuguese and English and you are a translation pro? We are recruiting Portuguese & English Interpreters in Portugal. The work concerns professional interpretation services (Insurance, Legal, Medicine - General and Forensic) to support communication and understanding. These are technical interpretations specialized in a certain field, where it is critical to be able to communicate accurately what is intended. Our client requests bilingual agents (C2 for Portuguese and English), with hybrid tasks across Phone and Video channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional interpretation services via Phone and Video
• Interpret accurately in specialized technical sectors
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times
• Facilitate effective communication between all parties

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Portuguese (C2 level)
• Good English (C2 level)
• Translation and/or Customer Service experience
• Great communication skills
• Live in Portugal mainland

Contract conditions

Work Model

100% Home Office (Portugal mainland)

Service Provision Contract – Green Receipt

Starting Date

May 25th, 2026

Training

• Initial training: 12 working days
• 1-week internship

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• Between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
• 8 hours per day
• 2 rotating days off per week
