About the role
As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will not simply review content — you will evaluate judgement calls and ensure platform policies are applied fairly, consistently, and accurately across multiple workflows. You will audit sensitive and high-risk cases, provide structured feedback to moderators, identify quality trends and policy gaps, and support calibration sessions across teams, applying your cultural and regional knowledge of the Maghreb market.
About the project
ELITYORA is recruiting a Quality Expert Reviewer – Maghreb / English for a leading international content moderation operation based in Dublin City Centre. This position is ideal for experienced content moderators who have a strong understanding of social media policies, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to review complex and sensitive content with accuracy and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed quality reviews of moderation decisions across multiple workflows
- Audit cases involving hate speech, violent threats, self-harm, fraud, impersonation, exploitation, dangerous organisations and sexual content
- Review escalated and high-risk cases to ensure policies have been applied accurately and consistently
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to moderators
- Identify quality trends, policy gaps and training opportunities
- Support calibration sessions and quality alignment across teams
- Apply cultural and regional knowledge of the Maghreb market in nuanced policy decisions
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Candidate profile
- ✔ Minimum 1 year of Content Moderation experience (Mandatory)
- ✔ Previous Quality Review or Content Moderation experience
- ✔ Native-level Maghreb Arabic language skills
- ✔ Strong English level (Minimum C1)
- ✔ Strong policy interpretation and decision-making skills
- ✔ High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- ✔ Emotional resilience when reviewing sensitive content
- ✔ Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
- ✔ Excellent communication skills
Contract conditions
- Location
- Dublin City Centre, Ireland — fully on-site

- €42,667 gross per year
- Schedule
- 40h/week — Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00
- Training
- 4 weeks on-site training
