About the role
As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will safeguard the quality of decisions made by the operational teams, run audits and calibration sessions, surface trends and root causes, and coach agents on policy application. You will act as a bridge between Operations, Training and Policy, ensuring the highest quality standards and an outstanding end-user experience.
About the project
ELITYORA is recruiting a Quality Expert Reviewer – Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) on behalf of one of our international partners in Dublin City Centre. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals in Quality Assurance, Content Moderation or Trust & Safety who want to take ownership of quality standards on a high-impact international project.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality audits on cases reviewed by operational teams to ensure policy compliance
- Run calibration sessions with Operations, Training and Policy stakeholders
- Deliver structured feedback and coaching to agents on quality findings
- Identify root causes of quality gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Produce quality reports and KPI dashboards for internal and client stakeholders
- Contribute to policy updates and rollout of new quality guidelines
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases and support resolution
- Promote best practices and drive continuous improvement of quality processes
Candidate profile
- ✔ Native or fluent proficiency in a Sub-Saharan African language supported by the project
- ✔ Excellent English communication skills
- ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Content Moderation, Trust & Safety or a similar operational environment (Mandatory)
- ✔ Previous experience running audits, calibrations or quality reviews
- ✔ Strong knowledge of quality processes and policy compliance
- ✔ High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- ✔ Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- ✔ Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills
- ✔ Cultural awareness and knowledge of the supported market
- ✔ Valid permission to work in Ireland — visa sponsorship is NOT available
- ✔ Available to work onsite in Dublin
