About the role
We are looking for a Reservations Manager for a cluster of 4 hotels (2 to 4 stars) within a hotel group in French Polynesia. Reporting directly to the management, you will be responsible for managing reservations across all properties and will supervise a team of three. This key position requires excellent command of OTAs and the OPERA PMS.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize reservations for 4 hotels in the cluster
- Supervise and train a team of 3 people
- Ensure effective communication with clients and partners
- Master OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia)
- Use OPERA PMS for reservation management
- Collaborate with hotels and marketing to maximize revenue and occupancy
Candidate profile
- Previous experience in a similar reservations management role
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of OPERA PMS
- Proficiency with Booking.com and Expedia OTAs
- Strong communication and team management skills
- French passport required
- Available within 2 to 3 months
