About the role
Are you fluent in English, passionate about social media, and driven by sales performance? We are recruiting English-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join an exciting Social Media project based in Lisbon. This role is ideal for commercially minded professionals who enjoy outbound sales, digital environments, and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to new potential clients
- Support clients throughout the sign-up and onboarding process
- Build engagement and long-term relationships with clients
- Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client needs
- Demonstrate strong industry and market knowledge
- Identify business opportunities using commercial acumen
- Engage effectively with decision-makers (DMs)
- Deliver high-value sales pitches and handle objections professionally
Candidate profile
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong business mindset and negotiation abilities
- Minimum High School diploma
- Valid work permit in Portugal (mandatory)
Contract conditions

- On-site position in sunny Lisbon
- Training
- Paid training: 3 weeks
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8 hours per day
- Weekends off
