About the role
We are hiring Ukrainian & English Interpreters to deliver professional interpretation services remotely. In this role, you will support clear, accurate, and effective communication in sensitive, real-life situations across sectors such as insurance, legal, and medical (general and forensic). This is a highly responsible position where accuracy, neutrality, and confidentiality are essential at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional interpretation between Ukrainian and English via phone and video channels
- Support conversations in specialized fields, ensuring that meaning, intent, and context are communicated precisely
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout all interactions

Candidate profile
- Fluent Ukrainian and English (professional level; advanced/C1 level expected)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7 schedule)
- Ability to work from home with the required wired internet setup
Contract conditions
- Work Model
- Remote, home-based role (equipment provided)
- Hours
- 40 hours per week on a rotational 24/7 shift pattern
- Employment
- Portuguese labor framework with public holidays and vacation
Training
- 3-week training program, delivered in English
- 8 hours per day, start time between 08:30 and 09:30
- Onboarding, tools and software learning, practical job preparation
- Proportionally compensated upon successful completion
Equipment requirements
- Company provides computer and essential equipment
- Minimum 12.0 Mbps download speed
- Minimum 1.0 Mbps upload speed
- Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
Compensation
- Competitive compensation package including base salary and applicable allowances
